OUR LADY OF NIDDERDALE
The icon painting at the front of the church of Our Lady of Nidderdale is by Bulgarian Icon Painter Anna Frenkeva.
It was commissioned by Phil and Patrice Lyth for their 25th Wedding Anniversary, 15th August 2006.
Original copies of this and icons of other saints can be commissioned from Anna in any size.
The price depends upon the detail in the icon but is generally around £100 for an A4 original painting in egg tempera on a specially prepared lime wood block, and finished with a lacquer.
